) but early on last night just listening to Agar he seemed very more comfortable in the role than he did last season and came across vey well
Also listening to what he had to say regarding the balance of the squad and injuries was intresting and seeing it in black and white makes you realise maybe how hard it was at times having to chose from the same 18/19 players and many of the lower end earners, also know that on 1 occasion a certain player could have been sacked for an offield incident but had to keep with him as they really had no other players to bring in
Maybe the tough times that Agar has gone through will bring him out of his shell, and now with the right playing personel around him he may well come through and change alot of peoples minds towards him, mine included
Spoke to him at the end of the night and was very postive for the outlook for the season ahead, and knows he has to susceed or he will be out but also has 100% faith in nthe team he has built
Was intresting to hear Longs thoughts who was there with his father-inlaw that he couldn't believe the passion and commitment from our fans and his words that they live,breath,sleep Hull fc and cannot wait to play in front of such fans and the incredible amtsophere they create
So bring on 2010, and im man enough to turn round and say Good Luck to Rich Agar hope you prove many wrong me included and bring the good times back after 2 poor years, and hopefully deliver some silverware i have to say with that team i can realy sense a good season ahead jut a bit of luck with injuries and im sure we will be in with a shout'"

| i listened to the forum on the radio,as i live to far away to travel down for one night,and i never heard anyone ask agar,why he makes some of his interchanges ,just before halftime.this is stupid,seeing as the team will soon be off for 15minutes. |

I've spoken to james rule on a numer of occassions. I see him regularly at Ionians. He's always happy to talk but all you get is waffle. He's hardly going to say anything else though is he? There is no real forum for challenging what happens at the club despite what you and others may think |

Perhaps you could list the "real forums" that exist at the other SL clubs, highlighting the differences in form and content between their "real" opportunities to challenge their boards/coaching staff and what FC offer (Tell Us, Call a Director, 4 fans forums in 12 months, CEO on the radio for an hour every fortnight etc). However stage-managed these are, they are at least opportunities that not every club offers. |

I never said anyone else was doing more, just that these so called "opportunities" are a sham. I've raised several pertinent points by email only to be told that they can't comment on it and have had to listen to rule waffling about injuries, bad luck etc. I don't blame them, I wouldn't be answering questions on my business either but I don't pretend to be open and honest about things. Anyway, these forums are obviously good for morale. Everyone seems energised by them and agar has obviously become a brilliant coach since we lost to bradford at home |
