I heard a scout from w.tigers came over a few weeks ago to look at tom but didnt think he was quite ready for the nrl yet

Even if he stays, what strength in depth have we got in the 2nd row deptif him or Ellis got injured/suspended? Westerman or Whiting? Good chance they will be playing anyway. Not signed Aspinwall up and Pitts is being bulked up to play prop.

With or without Tickle another 2nd row wouldn't go a miss.

If it was Tickle, Ellis, Whiting, Westerman and Kent we'd be fine.

I suppose it also depends on which role our 13 has, Pitts and Green could end up sharing the role.

Re Chase and Holdsworth..

Let's say the deals ain't done and we are still chasing them both but the deals fall through where is that going to leave us?? Not many options available!

I hope we have other irons in the fire Just in case Rangi doesn't get his Visa and Holdsworth doesn't sign! Bit worried about this, we will struggle massively again if Seymour, Horne and Mcgoldrick are our halfbacks.
