That's because he is respected both here and in Australia Paul. He is a known name and face across the RL playing world, Agar simply isn't and as a result will never have the pulling power that Noble has.

The one downside with Noble is does he bring through the kids well enough? We have a decent crop of youngsters on the verge of the first team, but looking at Wigan, Crusaders and especially Bradford he seemed to prefer to sign an ageing Aussie rather than give a kid a chance, e.g. Tim Smith and Sam Tomkins at Wigan. Just look how well Wigan's kids played last season that were nowhere near the first team under Noble.

Only if you believe the spin, I tend to believe that money did most of the talking there.

He does have a good eye for established players, but as others have said there are question marks over his willingness to use youth. That said, although we have spotted young talent and brought it to the club in recent years, we don't have anywhere near the strike rate of turning them into SL players we should, so it's still not exactly something we're excelling at currently.

So were is jack when we need a fullback? Rich Horne made his debut at 16 against Leeds in the fullback role so why not use Jack? Agar wont incase it damages his confidence!!!!! HE plays players out of position rather than bring the youngsters in.
