I like Radford, think he has done okay as coach but I am not sure I would have given that statement, saying that as a coach you can plan for the future knowing that you will not get the bullet after a losing streak when you are building the team.

Time will tell, I am still suprised we are in 3rd place when I thought before season started we would struggle for top 5, we are in 3rd without playing at our best well maybe the odd 30 min spell here and there.

End of season playoff will be the time to step up and play 80 mins.

Under Radford we have won 2 trophies, finished in the top 4 twice, not been close to relegation or middle 8's.

Indeed, wether Radford can kick us on to GF winners remains to be seen, but we are still in it and stand a chance, the inconsistency is what frustrates most of us.
