He isn't stupid and is aware as much as we are that Watts and Ellis have left a big hole.

Given what Ellis has said about not enjoying his new role I think he may have found it hard to replicate what Tony did in bringing quality imports in for good value salaries.

Not criticising Ellis, just don't think he had the skill set or the network overseas that Tony does.

Radford is a proven, quality coach who needs support at this difficult time not abuse.

He'll be as on the floor as any of you over tonight's shambles.

Be careful what you wish for, Rovers would snap Radford up, and he'll put the trophies in their cabinet instead of ours.
