I would have been very confident if Kelly was fit.We could then have still played Logan on the wing and used The size and strength of Griffin off the bench.
As it is a bench of Masi,Fash Abdull and Lane/Turgut is a bit light for me.

We need to take the game to them and not play one dimensional one out rugby, look how well we did against St.George by playing open rugby, allowing them to get on top and sap us defensively is not going to work out well.
Keep turning them around with some intelligent kicking and use our assets, banging it up the middle is not going to work to our benefit.
The only things I worry about are our out wide defence and our perennial inability to score in the red zone except from a kick. The Carlos try last week was excellent so more of the same would do nicely.
Still think we have a decent shout of winning this and IF we do will be a massive boost going forward.

Do people think Logan will go on the wing instead of Griffin moving there? He is a centre so should play there IMO

Only seen Lane play a couple of times but he seems a bit bigger and more physical than Turgut. Interesting to see how he does. Whoever plays of the youngsters needs to have a big game if we are going to get anything here.

For me Turgut hasn't really shown much when given an opportunity. I'd be happy to see lane given a go

For Leeds, Dwyer confirmed as missing out with a rib injury. Golding starts at FB and Jack Walker returns from injury on the bench. A FB (although he can be used as a HB) on the bench will be interesting how we use him.

Really pleased that Masi is starting and looking forward to seeing Logan play and show some of the potential shown before his injuries.

Not sure whats its like in Hull, be Leeds has had a decent covering of snow over night which clearly the gritters were not expecting so the roads are not great a the moment.

Forecast to stop snowing around 11 with temp of 6-7 c this afternoon.

I live 5-6 miles from headingley and had 3-4 inches. It's just stopped and forecast is a bright afternoon with temps of 7c. Our groundsman confirmed this with hetherington who is currently in london who has just said on radio Leeds that there won't be a problem. Hope this helps and safe travels those coming over.
