Just got off the phone with the RFL having tried and failed to buy online (where it now says "event no longer listed" if you click on the link.
They told me the East stand allocation and a block in the west has totally sold out and they'll be getting no more to sell. All future sales will be done through Hull FC starting on Saturday.
FC are saying this... So looks like us long distance non members are going to have to wait and hope for general sale on Monday. Didn't have any of these issues last year.
The RFL have informed us the initial allocation of tickets made available to Hull FC supporters in the East Stand and a small area of the West Stand have now sold out.
No further tickets will be released for sale until after the exclusive members day on Saturday.
The club have retained tickets for the entire North Stand as previously advised.
The majority of our allocation for the West Stand has yet to be released for sale by the RFL and the club will also be retaining these remaining seats exclusively for members.
This is to ensure that our members get first access to these popular seats before anyone else.
These tickets will be available from 9:30am on Saturday morning - full details are below.

I don't see why people are kicking up such a stink. Presumably, the members reserved tickets have been held until Saturday to prevent 1. passholders missing out and 2. a huge queue before the match on Friday. Not that difficult, we've had to queue for tickets before and we will again.
If you weren't quick enough for the first lot then tough luck, it happens. As a Ticket concert veteran you have my sympathy.

Got through first time without delay and got 12 seats in a row in E4. Mind you, this was at 9.30, half an hour before they were supposed to start selling the tickets.

was trying over an hour to get through to the rfl, got through once before 10am to be told no tickets were left for fc fans and to get them saturday from fc, (newsflash! some of us work saturdays! also due to sight issues, a family member likes to be side) rang fc they said the rfl had plenty and were telling us wrong info, rang them back over n over, 50 minutes later none left apart from single tickets!
so yes i will kick up a stink that our club cant organise something that should be so easy!
id rather be queuing 2-3 hours today at kc than getting angry sat at home pressing redial over n over |

That's how buying tickets for an in demand event goes, little to do with the club. The SMC not allowing us use of the ticket office hasn't helped, but the RFL has helped us out on that front thus far. Others have got served fine, you have been unlucky. I'll be queuing up on Saturday. |

I'm kicking up a stink because its taken me almost 3 hours to get a disabled seating ticket, been passed from pillar to post, got angry at Lucy Hursts voicemail which rhe RFL number from Hull FC's link got you to and having to speak to Hayly on our reception to get an alternative number for the RFL. The RFL told me they've never had to do this before for a club and have been completely overwhelmed by it. So yes I'm a bit peeved athaving to put £10 credit on my phone and £20 on hubbys because its 7p a minute to Ticketmaster & RFL ( no mention anywherw who was selling disabked ticketts). The car park pass at Donny on the other hand was a breeze and took less than 5 minutes from dialling the number. |

unlucky being told wrong information by the rfl? if the club can have 3000-4000 north stand tickets for saturday they should be able to have 1000-2000 east west available
not a case of being unlucky, its just poor organising and im not on my own i bet! |

apart from the two sponsors/club officials blocks all other areas are on sale to both sets of fans, leeds rightly have a couple of blocks more due to higher pass holders (even though we have had higher cup gates)

Not quite sure why all the Leeds blocks were available but not all of ours. Was hoping to sit in the West stand as last year but that wasn't even on sale online. The other 3 teams have had tickets on sale for walk ups/members this morning.
We get told on sale from 10 am but they're on sale online before this. The 7p a minute phone line appeared to have no one answering.
Why do we/the RFL have to make it so complicated?

I have just bought a ticket in E4.
Interesting conversation with the person at RFL. Firstly,
I was offered the members discount before I mentioned I was a season ticket holder.
They then told me that Hull FC had chosen to sell tickets in this way as they didn't want to do Tele sales or Web based sales them selves and had asked the RFL to help out.
When I pointed out, that despite being a season ticket member, I didnt live within close proximity of the stadium to allow me to buy a ticket on Saturday, they simply reiterated that this was Hull FC's decision.
Begs a number of questions -
1. do Hull FC have to give cash to the SMC for internet / tele sales?
2. why could they not have these on sale at the stadium either immediately before or after Fridays game?

Am I right in saying that anyone could ring/ book online today and get a ticket? surely pass-holders should get first choice as that is part of being a member. I know they have held the north stand back till Saturday but they are going to go very quickly.

Ive had problems with online ticket buying in the past. Was buying some tickets once and put in all my details and card details and what have you, pressed confirm and it wouldn't load the next page. Pressed refresh and it went back to the page with all my details so didn't have a clue if I had bought them until I got a confirmation email a couple hours later. There was another time when I was on hold to them for almost an hour on the phone so have to pay something like £10 cos it charges you and once when I tried to buy online and they wanted my account details which it wouldn't accept, tried a couple hours later and it did fine. When I bought tickets for 4 nations final I picked the seat and everything and I was sent tickets for a different one, same stand but a few blocks down from where I had chosen.
So if there is an opportunity to go down in person, hand over physical money and have a ticket placed into my hand there and then it is always the better option for me just to eliminate the hassle plus I tend to sit behind the sticks anyway. |

Been a total cock up from the start by FC. Non members should never of been able to buy first. I tried buying online at 10am (as it said on FCs site) and couldn't get more than a single seat. Rang 50 odd times over 30 minutes, finally got through, told they were sold out, no more to going on sale. Look on FCs site and they've craftily altered the time to 9am after they'd all been bought by 10am. Then apparently a section of the west stand went on sale. What a ing joke
Oh and whoever the hell Lucy Hirst is, she and her voicemail can off

I managed to get some online as I checked if they were available at 9.30 but I wasn't aware of any members discount so have missed out on that.
I'm glad I've got mine as I'm not convinced there will be enough available on Saturday if it's 2 per member.
