Spitting is rightly considered a very serious offence by the RFL and carries the same suspension range as gouging or biting (grades E-F). The guideline for grade E is four to eight matches and for grade F is eight matches to a period suspension.

Can't believe how much Rovers fans are praising Green. He has arguably cost them the game last night. A draw with 12 men is a great result, could easily have been 2 points with a full team, and 2 points they desperately need.
If I was a Rovers fan I wouldn't be praising his punch, I'd be livid.

For all those saying I spat last night. I would like to make it clear I did not. Spitting at somebody is disgusting and I'd never do that.

Hard to tell from the clip on social media. He makes a movement with his head as Cox is on the ground which could be a spit or could be nothing. Will be interesting to see what the charge is and if Cox has anything to say.

I don't think this is a bad result for us, our aim should be top 2, I'm sure Wigan will be top 2, so thus result helps us achieve that goal.

Wigan look good and are having a good spell, most teams have gone through spells, let's hope we get our confidence back as I don't think we have played well for the last few weeks.

Pies have been excellent this evening, controlling the tempo, fast play the ball and slowing the ruck for Cats by putting 2, then 3 men in the tackle. Intensity has been, their strongest point, never backing down to Cats bigger forwards. We will have to be on top form for the semi.
