Heavy rain is forecast for York on Sunday afternoon - I guess they'll have to take that into account.

My gut feeling is that it will be called off, but we're still selling tickets at the KC, and York City football club haven't a game until the 16th and they will probably have a final say on whether the game is played or not.

Why not? The Mail reported there would be a warm weather camp, initially Portugal, then reporting Jamie Peacock's advocacy of the USA as a venue. "A trip to Florida would be a statement of intent by the Robins in terms of their investment into the new campaign." said Gareth Westmorland. Doubt they would back track from that.

I wouldn't be happy if I was a Rovers fan, they have just had 2 weeks off and now their intense training time is spent split up and gardening at a hospice (which is a great cause BTW).

I'd missed that. Are we doing all this season's pre-season in Hull then?

Peacock will have Chester out by Easter .
He has already questioned a lot of his training methods as not good enough .
