In all honesty I really do believe we would improve without Radford regardless of whether we had another coach or not.

cooke would be better than radford but then so would be our dog. Another inexperienced coach is not what we need.

Very few wanted rid of McRea or Kear, only idiots wanted rid of Sharp, Agar was useless, and not many wanted rid of Gentle. Radfords decisions are baffling at best and we are heading for the worst season since the year we thought we weren't going to have a club.

Apart from Whiting, Horne, Yeaman and Houghton, we've pretty much had a full overhaul of the playing staff in recent years.

It was solely Pearsons appointment and It's gonna cost him either way . Get your hand in your pocket and give us a coach what knows what he's doing or loose the £ off the turnstiles . The way Radford is bumbling about with this team will send us back to the dark ages !

Kearney didn't do well with Parramatta, but then their squad was dreadful. At least with him he would instil some pride and passion and would do it without shouting at players or sending them to Doncaster for being naughty.

I also think he would come if we offered him the right money. He has been in the New Zealand set up for long time now, afaik he enjoyed his time here, and is mates with Motu.

If he is allowed to bring in the back room staff he wants then it could be successful imo.

I am amazed that AP has positioned himself in such a way that he is finding it difficult to remove Lee. When he appointed him he should have been less vocal in his support and worked on the basis that this is a risk and we shall see how it works.

I have thought a lot about why Gentle was removed and although we had some poor performances I felt we were gradually heading in the right direction. All I can think is the collective of Gentle, McRae and Howes really got under the skin of AP. He likely felt he had been taken for a ride with some of the players signed and the contracts given. Was that Gentle's fault or was he more a hostage to the fact McRae was DOR and had final say.

I understand some people saying Radford is playing the kids but these kids need a top coach to learn from and the right club surroundings to come into. I didn't think when he was appointed he was the right man and that hasn't changed one bit and lacks serious man management skills

I wonder if Pearson was smart enough to put any minimum achievements into Radford's contract, like top 8 qualification. If so this might reduce any likely payout for getting rid of him. Just a thought.
