How can you build confidence when you are dropped everytime you make a mistake.
Radford doesnt like flair players.You can see the type of player that Radford wants Tuson,Talanoa Sa.No flair but tough go forward types.
Its the flair players like Crooks that score tries and create openings for others.
Couldn't blame Ben Crooks if he asks to move next season if Radford is still here.

most of the team on the pitch the last few weeks is his team, his selections, his signings! yes he has got rid of some deadwood the last regime brought in but his coaching skills leave a lot to be desired!

poor attacking structures, salford and wakefield away being prime examples!

What's he done to the confidence of shauls , Hadley of Lancaster ? Has his management of them players been any good ?

he should be supportive of ALL players!

We are all hoping hull win,but another loss just proves what we all know (you excepted) that radford is not up to it. He has turned crooks,last years S/L young player of the year into a championship player for donny,no wonder his confidence is shot.

No he's just dropped lancaster and he signed colbon rather than give lancaster the chance,till colbon got crocked.Crooks all over again,get those (I love radford blinkers off).

Don't forget we won the one friendly that was worth competing for. That little gem was not lost on me. Its a measure of how the season has panned out for me. That was the standard bearer.

Crooks has had chances this season, he wasn't prepared to bend his back and put a tackle in for his team, I think dropping him was good man management.

We're + 89 in points difference (Catalan, Rovers, Widnes and Wakefield all in the minus), considering we've lost 12 and only won 7 it tells me Radford's getting effort out of the team, but we don't have the personal in the key areas (A general on the field) to turn effort in to victories (Radford inherited a team without one of those players)

Miller's been given the opportunity and proved himself not good enough (blame him, not Radford), so what has Radford done to rectify it? he's gone and (hopefully) brought in the on field personal in those key areas.

We're in the current position we are because of what came before this season, give Radford time to put his own jigsaw together and then judge him.

radford has shipped out crookes, arundel, pitts, carvell and brought in his own since they have left, no improvements as we have got worse!

Radford has had most of the season to Mold the players he has into a team and failed miserably
You name Carvell but he was brought to the club by Radford.Also add to that list Tuson who is pants and Colbon.
Radford has taken the club backwards in both results and man management and is very lucky to still be in the job.
A heavy defeat at Wigan might just tip the scales for Pearson to ask him to resign.
