its the same as any pitch repairs are always after city finish their fixtures.we have to move our fixtures,never the city muppets.

Do you think they should relay the pitch between October and February?

You are being paranoid.

Pitches are relaid in the summer. It would be stupid to relay it in August and cause problems for both clubs.
