I read it as he obviously wants a few people in the doors at weekend, and mostly wants to reverse this trend of what's seemed like apathy even in league games regarding derbies from hulls side, starting as of now.
I was smiling as I read it then come on here and well I'm amazed at how much normally sensible posters have descended to hull daily mail comment's standard!

On the forum last night Radders stated he would be playing 23-24 players he'd spoken to Sandycrack who said he'd be playing all fit players 25-26, would expect a fairly competitive 1st half, end of the day its a trial game with no points at stake, neither coach will want to lose and equally neither coach will want to pick up any injuries, doubt that AP's sensationalised comments in the HDM will change how the game pans out.

Not bothered if we win or lose and nothing to shout about by the winning team whichever one it is, would hope to see Hull cross the whitewash a little more than at Bradford and tighter in defence.

Should drawn out of the hat live in sky sports. I would love to play Leeds at magic weekend would be a good game with good atmosphere.

TBF Wigan and Saints have usually had tough games as well. A draw would be the only fair way to do it. They need to play the 'Derby' teams events one after the other as this will encourage more fans to stay.
