I don't think the teams inconsistency helps, the fans sit in near silence wondering what FC team will show up, the decent one or the lethargic clueless one!

a singing block is worth a try though, but it would have to be in the East/South corner where the un-reserved seats are.

Talking of atmospheres, by far the best has got to be Borussia Dortmund's fans! Amazing atmosphere!

Yeah, it's bound to increase gates. It's the only way really, isn't it, what with the KC being fit to burst every game? And it's not like ticket prices would be expected to come down without seating, either, is it?

Oh, and as for cricket, there are good reasons they have so many songs. Firstly, they need something to keep them awake, and secondly, when a match lasts 5 f***ing days you've got plenty of time to kill thinking them up.

We don't need any great ideas for songs. At Boulevard, 900 people in Threepenny stand would sing from start to finish against teams like Batley. We'd sing at least 10 different songs. We don't need ideas, we need terracing. Until we can stand, KC will always be an atmosphere vacuum. Let the vast majority of the stadium be seating for the people that hate singing, invalids, disabled, Children etc, and let us that like to chant and stand up pay extra for the privilege. I would!!!

And the fact the kc is too big for us is why the atmosphere is poor most of the time, I reckon if we had a ground like warringtons then we would have a much better atmosphere.

I used to like it at the boulevard when we'd sing a players name to get them to give us a wave and then boo if they didn't .ie yeamo yeamo give us a wave,usually used to happen after we'd scored a try. Hopefully we could do it a lot this season.

The atmosphere in the KC is awful. Anything to improve it would be good. We seem to lack imagination as supporters, plenty of sides have new songs each year whereas we just trot out half a rendition of Old faithful and c'mon on you Hull.

I hate bands/drums but at least they create an atmosphere.

We have six weeks to think of new lyrics for "What does the fox say?" We need to get our best minds on this right away.

There is a song at the moment that quite a lot of football teams are singing. Type we follow into you tube and you will see. It is easy to join in, inoffensive and creates some good noise
