I have been Adam's biggest critic in the past with the football, however I must admit at eating my hat when he sold City and then came back and have relished in our club since Mr Hetherington and her puppet Mr Rule went.

Club was being run at the cost of supporters loyalty and now he's running it the well I'm hoping we can seriously now be a top 4 competitive side. Things in the league are turning and we need to make our mark and make the playoffs, if not this year (being realistic) then at least next.

Totally agree - the club was being run with no ambition previously and as such the best way the owners could see to get money out of it was to screw the club for all it was worth and b0llocks to the performance on the pitch or the fans.

I'm not naiive enough to believe Pearson isn't trying to make a go of it for anything other than business but the difference is he has ambition, can see potential and realises that another 1000 pass holders = £200,000 in ticket sales alone for starters not to mention merchandising and revenue brought from on pitch success. We have gone from a suck it dry model to a speculate to accumulate one and long may it continue.

Adam will know how to get more revenue from the stadium then Mr Rule and Heatherington ever would. Seeing has Adam actually brokered the last deal with Mr Rule a few years back and this is sill in force. Adam will know that bums on seats matter. Only way we can progress is with the silverware and performance. Look at what he did at City....... Case rested, we are in good hands

My spirits have been raised this season,despite the ins and outs,injuries etc,P.G. has still come up with the goods.Having endured the Agar era there is now a light at the end of the tunnel.(And no,its not a train!)

Having said that @ present I am pleased with our coaching staff & what they have achieved so far.

seems very odd timing to me, PG has done well in his first season but we've won nothing, wouldn't have been looking to extend so early in honesty, not disappointed, just find the timing a bit odd, we were prmoised players and we get a coaching extension....?

I agree with what your saying regarding the timing, just don't really get the bit in bold. We have announced Holdsworth today with another signing rumoured to be announced later in the week. IMO the Gentle announcement is just a bonus.

Holdsworth is a disappointment to me, am hoping to be proven wrong.

That's fair enough but who would you rather have brought in?
