although I no longer work in Belgium I have lots of Belgian beer at home which is where I will be with some mates. Our plan is to watch the rugby, eat a takeaway, drink beer, shout at the telly (mainly the ref but a little bit at Stevo as well) and see just how far we have to improve to overtake Wigan over the next couple of years - and then forget that because Belgian beer is very strong and start shouting at the ref again....

Got a good feeling about Friday. If it's true that Finch, O Loughlin and Goulding are likely to be missing, I think we've got every chance. Going to get my ticket tomorrow COYH!!

if wigan do have some key players out and we can match the intensity we showed v kr then you never know. our defence will need to improve from the weekend, though our last 2 games in attack have shown improvement, finger crossed

So Finch, Goulding, O'Loughlin and Leuleui all out? Makes our chances slightly easier...

try and get under Tomkins' skin as he can be wound up

in League Weekly the handicap for Wigan is -21.5 (bit harsh)
and 3 of them reckon Wigan will win by more than that
as long as its a lot better than the score from earlier this season will be happy

whiting and houghton fine, no Horne, Briscoe expected at full back again

would put Whiting with Lineham on the wing then, Whiting's experience will help with Lineham and also with Briscoe at full back

agreed, turner is just appalling in defence and has been for weeks, wont happen though

Be nice to see Turner get dropped but can't see it happening. Richard whiting is one centre who can get his winger away.

Such a shame young Crooks is out. Would have been bye bye Turner.

Don't forget the injury problems wigan had at Leeds - their youngsters/back up players made a seamless transition and crucified Leeds.

Still be the toughest fixture of the season, but you never know!

I'd pay good money to see Goldie kick seven shades of sh7t out of Tomkins.

Why?

Whiting into the 17 and Nicklas dropping out will probably be the only change.

Whiting at 1 and Briscoe back on the wing.

Whiting at 13 and Briscoe to stay at 1 for me.

He's done well there but he's a winger but we have a few who can play 13. I would prefer to have Whiting at 13 on a regular basis but needs must in our current spot.
