I wouldn't have thought so, he isn't even able to get the fullback spot in the 20's. Would be tricky if Horne is out. Moving Whiting to fullback would leave us weak/inexperienced in the forwards.

We'd have to hope that Yeaman would be fit so that Turner could play either at Loose or at FB (if Horne is out).

After the Cas game I thought Gentle might play Whiting at full back for this one, but with Moa and O'Meley missing, I'd say he has to keep Whiting in the forwards.

If Yeaman is fit. I'd play Turner at full back. Ellis is playing 6. I'd have Whiting coming off the bench with Nicklas, Bowden and Green

Disappointing to see Horne, Moa and Ogre missing but Heremaia we've not had, so loss in that sense.

Time for the young 'uns to step up to the plate. Just think - wind back 12 months and we'd have been training up Leeds youngsters for them. Now we're giving our kids a go.

Typical HullFC news this, we have one of the most positive couple of weeks in years, and now they all drop out injured!

hope the young players can step up to the plate and scrape us a win.

If you're on about my selection, it's for a few reasons:

1) As we are missing 3 experienced players from the pack (Moa, O'Meley, Westerman) we need Whiting to be in there, as well as the fact that he's been putting in some great performances there.

2) Horne is rumoured to be unlikely to play.

3) Not really a suitable candidate in the youth teams - Lyne can't hold down the FB spot.

4) Turner's good under the high ball and makes some good attacking runs. He'd link up in the line quite well. Probably the best option as the others are unavailable.

Looking bleak. We could really do with winning this one to give us a bit of a cushion over easter as we're likely to lose those 2 games given the players out

Seeing as everyone seems to kick straight to him, Sharp at fullback?

Cas tried that last game and they came unstuck .the lad took every kick and made ground

I'd play Whiting at fullback , Aspinwall at 13 and Turner on the bench if Yeaman is fit enough to play.
