I started on the old board as Knocker2000.Knocker being my all time favourite player and the year i started using a Rugby League forum.Raised Elbow came from a article i was reading about when Andy Dannatt got sent off at The Boulevard for shattering Ellery Hanley's jaw and got a 10 match ban if i remember right.I think we have all seen a few raised elbows in our time of watching the game.Not nice but an illegal part of the game all the same.

Username came from the connection the club have with the traditional industry of Hessle Road although the only Trawler I've ever been on is the one moored in the old town museums. I was also heavily involved with the Academy when I joined the board so I needed an alias.

I used to be 'Garroway' because of my love for Kate Garroway but decided on changing it a few months ago to 'Team Maverick'......
I did just want 'Maverick' but some one already had it. I love Top Gun but i've also be called a maverick at many things which isnt always good...
