Well i must have been watching some other game apart from our's,as when he first arrived players realised the aggression and strength he had,and were worried.He frightened the opposition,but then his aggression was curbed.Even on sunday,it was taking 3 and 4 players to halt him,but then there is the other side of him-suspect defence,and a penalty machine.

Agree with that.Personally would like to see him stay as he can cover both prop and second row.

i like hame and would want him to stay and been able to play both prop and backrow gives you good options but like you say we can only have 1 i think so its moa for me but this makes the heremia signing strange

You may be right, but if it's a straight choice and not saying it will be but who would you keep, for me there's no doubt i'd keep Moa everytime, he's dangerous everytime he gets the ball and strong in defence too!

There's not many good props floating around though.

It's a little concerning that we look like losing Fitz and Hame with no mention yet of replacements.

Add Washbrook and Dowes to that list and we'll hopefully have a decent amount of spare cap.

Dowes will stay I reckon, props are already in short supply.

I think that you're probably right Paul but it's not exactly going to see us catching up with Wire, Wigan etc.. anytime soon.

As has been said on here many times before " if you keep doing what you've always done, you keep getting what you've always got".

There are hardly any decent british props who are ooc and don't have any overseas spots. Players like Ryan Bailey could become in demand or teams will promote their younger players. Wakey could be an option if they lose their license, someone like Paul Johnson.

This is why we should have used Heremaia's spot on a prop.

It's a definate argument to say that we could have signed an overseas forward and used Obst/Houghton as hookers.

It's a nobrainer mate. The club must have known who was leaving and who was been retained. It's an appalling decision by the club.

You can't say that yet until the recruitment is finalised. We may pay a fee for a prop in SL who has a year on his contract to run. Who knows yet?
