We're about 6 rows down from the top and sit at the end of the row nearest 28 entrance in the block that's right behind the sticks - it came down from behind and to the left of us.

Hopefully the club will take action and he can have a permanent holiday from the stadium.

My lot always sit above 28 entrance but this week most or them were on holidays Ash /Phil/Denbo/Danny all sit to the right of the stairs right behind the sticks at the very top He was gobbing off because a few of us told him he wasn't welcome (words to that affect)

i know people emotions do get high in certain games but to do something so idiotic is beyond belief. On another note, i actually got served a magners bottle and had to tell them to take the top off it. Oh and at £3.50 a bottle i wouldnt throw it

To be honest I have no beef with Cantona's actions; if you came up to me in a pub and started questioning my parentage and aggressively and crudely abusing me I'd slot you. I think it's a double standard to expect players to have to endure personal and hurtful abuse and not react. I'm talking about proper nasty stuff; not your run of the mill who ate all the pies banter.... which can be just laughed off. There's a line and if a supporter chooses to cross it then he has to be prepared to deal with 16 stone athlete trying to smack him.

To be honest I do think that Cantona was out of order, but I can appreciate how tempting it must be to verbally retaliate to the verbal abuse. There is never an acceptable reason to retort with violence.
