There was no advantage with that. 2 knock ons in same play within seconds and only a few meters - correct call i think. For Cooks try - not sure how they justified that but may have been angle the ref was at i.e could not see underneath.

Absolutely right there was not square/offside/you name it. The officials performed on a similar level to Hull tonight - they really were that poor.

Well then that's a total BS decision. It only becomes a penalty when Yeamo becomes involved and at least 5 wakey players were stood offside including the square markers so it should have been our penalty.

I agree the ref was not responsible, we were dire. The rule book however would state that when a player advances up the field past the point of where the knock on was it's playon. Wakey advanced to that point and then dropped the ball. Should have been play on and an FC try imo.

A few bad ones either way, Manu should have been red carded for a huge swinging arm on Morrison that went unnoticed by only the ref and Murphy's try at the death looked ok to me.

The Manu one was replayed on sky and he clearly smashed Morrision in the back and his arm then bounced over Morrisions head. Nothing in it.

Yes he became active so its a penalty but since it was being reviewed by the video ref he should have looked at the first offence which was all the Wakey players standing offside. So no try but penalty to Hull should have been the decision.

I didnt have the best view of it from in the garden at the time having moved away from the TV before i threw it out of the window. I did think Berro again showed a laziness and level of disinterest by not making more effort to get to the ball before Murphy.

How often does the ref actually ask about the grounding but the video ref always checks it. Awful Decision.

You just blew your own argument out the water there by saying they only got 'to that point' , and not past it .

we were dire there is no doubt but the ref as a massive influence on the flow of the game and i thought he murdered us in the first 30mins and we just never got going,not that you can without half backs a hasten to add.

Haven't bothered watching it back on sky but I reckon if I did then most of the penalties would be justified. Add in the missed tackles, shiite kicking game and dropped balls and I'd say we murdered ourselves
