James Rules should s0d off back to kick and clap and leave us league people to the game we know and love. He keeps spurting the same old rubbish saying they have beleif in Agar and that they feel he will come good but there is absolutely not a single shred of evidence to support this. Instead, everything leads to abject failure. Last season i said i wouldn't go till Agar had gone. Then, like many, i caved and went but i will not be going again again till BOTH Agar and Kaths little puppet boy do one for good.

Our problem, as previously mentioned is our blind faith.

I my opinion the only way to buck the trend is to do what hurts me most and that is to not attend.

It is perverse in theory but true in fact, I have to hurt my club to help my club. As an Opps Director in business I have no need to change my working practice until it stops working regardless of the quality of my customer service or product.

As soon as my cash flow/ P&L looks like it may be effected I will act swiftly to make sure that it is not.

These are the true supply and demand economics of it all , it makes me angry that i have to take these steps but what other choice do I have to instigate change.

Spot on, sadly the fans that blindly support the club wear it as a badge of honour and while their loyalty is in some ways admirable they are part of the problem.

I'm all for supporting the club through good times and bad but when the bad times are entirely self inflicted and very easily rectified then it just amounts to ignorance or stupidity...

As much as I personally dislike Rule I can't see why people are blaming him, he wont have, ultimately, made the decision about Agar, it will have been Kath's call, he is simply the front man for the club.

I know but at the end of the day if he's the CEO or whatever his
title is who else are people to blame, especially when he's happy to lie
through his teeth to keep his job. Agar is responsible for what a poor team we have but some make excuses for him, Rule (in theory at least) is responsible
for Agar being in charge but people make excuses for him too by saying it's Kath calling the shots. I don't blame Rule for hanging on to his job in any way he can, but if he's prepared to spout that nonsense he has to take the flack.

But he isn't "hanging on to his job" he is the most successful person in his post in SL, I imagine he is frustrated that the commercial operation is hampered by the playing situation.

I didn't mean his job was under threat and he is apparenty very good at all aspects of his job that have nothing to do with sport. I just meant that if he told the truth about Agar then his job would become under threat so he's prepared to lie repeatedly in order to not put himself in that position.

Whether it's down to Jowly James or Kath, ateotd he's paid to be a CEO/ figurehead so whatever flack he gets he deserves....

Sorry but his constant backing of a massively underperforming coach leads me to think thats he's as clueless as Agar, hence me wanting rid of them both. When Agar falls on his own sword (sadly many many moons away i think) then i expect Toolboy to do one as well.

well personally i think he's lying, but if it suits the discussion better let's say he spouts propaganda with minimal factual basis and ignores overwhelming evidence that supports the exact opposite to what he says....

The club is interested in making money like any other business who can blame them? If your not happy don't buy the merchandise. If we don't buy the merchandise the club cannot afford the expensive players. Catch 22.

Agar is a good coach just needs a Manager to control the Management of the team. We have the same problem now as when Kear took over from McRae.

McRae was a Manager with Kear a fantastic coach beneath him. Thats what most teams have a decent Head Coach/Manager with a Good Coach behind them.
