For me the pack and bench picks itself if everyone is out, it's just where everyone plays in the backs, can't play Hall on the wing, absolutely dreadful there, and with less creativity I think we need Tansey getting the ball more, same with Whiting.

totaly agree with ye,who gives a knack about rovers,i dont,someone said to me the other week when we was getting trounced at wigan,at least rovers are getting beat,realy doesnt interest me what they do,same as there forum cant remember the last time i even looked on it.

wakey very poor at the moment and seem to have lost their way since brough left, we will have to watch you know who though. would like to see washy at loose man and maybe turner and horne in the halves but agar wont play washy in his natural position.

kevin Sinfield isn;t exactly big and he seems to do a fair job at loose man.

Leeds pack makes up for him though, plus Sinfield is ten times the player Washbrook is. Sinfield is one of a kind for a loose man in Super League.

I don't go with the, "he's not big enough" theory. Leeds,Wigan,St Helens and Huddersfield all play loose forwards of a very similar size to Washbrook. A loose forward should have mobility, mobility to get around the field in attack [iand[/i defence. Something we lack big time.

Sinfield has had 13 years in a quality side, with world class players around him.
He's also been coached by some of the best coaches and allowed to mature in a role he excels in.

steve norton wasnt particularly big,but what a great loose man.

then again,if agar had been coaching hull when norton played,he would have probably played charlie stone loose man.

Wigan have O'Loughlin, Saints have Flannery and Huddersfield have Wild. All of them are more mobile than Washbrook, he hasn't progressed enough in the last few years like he should of. I think Whiting is a better option at loose man than Washbrook.

I'll give you O'Loughlin, but Flannery is vastly over rated imo, Wild is injury prone and has a lesser skill set, again imo.
I like Whiting as much as anyone and I'd like to see him in the loose forward position, but how anyone can say he's the "better option" is beyond me seeing as he's unproven at 13.
