Judging by our consistent clueless attack,which consists of:

No dummy runners
No support play,
Slow play the ball
Slow Line Speed.

This has been indicative for the last 2 years.

If the above, was constantly drilled into the players, we would see an improvement
akin ,to Wigan and Huddersfield.

Think with the headgear he was expecting a bit of 'treatment', needs to keep it contolled though and could quite easily have turned it round on Newton or Cockayne.

Loads of dummy runners for our last try. Agree we could and should be better. Again though neither of us know what really happens in preparation during the week.

Apart from the usual lack of support I thought we looked pretty good when attacking. Unfortunately due to giving away penalties and spilling the ball we spent much of the match defending in our own 20.

I would be much more worried if we had spent most of the second half camped in their 20 but failed to score a single point like they did.

the dobbins are saying now that the ref was biased but i think even though he made mistakes they were even so no team got any kind of advantage

On the sporthull webpage, there's an interview with Agar and he specifically mentions the treatment Lauaki got and how he also had concussion, which could be the reason he never came back.

I'm not surprised at all Silverwood failed to protect him.

To be honest i thought Agar made the right choice and imo it waas more to do with for his own safety and the teams as he was borderline going to cost us the game with silverwood singling him out.

Morgans tactics singled him out and Silverwood allowed those tactics to work because he never protected Lauaki at all.

Totally agree my point is that agar made the right choice as silverwood was clearly not protecting him so he was going to be continually wound up to the point where he would probably be sin binned or worse sent off for reacting, the likes of COCKayne raking his elbow into his face and Clint ramming his head into his face obviously don't count highly on silverwoods list of indiscretions

The penalty count according to the Mail was 16-9 in Rovers' favour.

and what would be the benefit or point of even bringing it up. We aren't going to get anything awarded to us for anything.

Discipline is a bigger problem than the completion rate imo. We need to be giving less penalties away as it makes life really hard for usd and even though our goal line defence is good we can't afford to be working that hard all the time.

Our completion rate in their first few games was outstanding and imo that tends to be up and down during a season.

Partly due to fatigue do you think? Most of our forwards like O'Meley, Dowes, Fitz and Tickle have played every game and both Fitz and Tickle have hardly been off the pitch. Lauaki on the other hand is just a bit daft.
