Enjoyed tonight...as usual....and feeling a bit fitter that a month ago...So it must be working. The 'newbys' tonight.....very welcome and seemed to have a good time.

Great fun, making friends, playing alongside ex-pros, getting fit and giving to a good cause (Life For A Kid) all for £3.50

Really enjoyed last night. Been a while since I've played rugby of any kind, so it was just good to be involved in a game. Struggled a bit with positioning and timing rather than the fitness aspect, but that'll come back to me after a few weeks.

Chico = quick like cat.

May have to pop by to have a laugh whilst walking the pooch!

He's only 15wks so it'd be good training for him to sit and watch a load of people running about!!

Went along last night for the first time...really enjoyed it good bunch of lads and great idea for fitness and of course charity...really feeling it today though!!!

I was gonna offr you 10 Steeden Balls in a bag for £49.99 (RRP £129.99) but when I saw how much this is taking off I expect you may soon need three bags!!

At the moment we are using A GB Allstars 'Samurai' ball and a Guinness Union ball. But, yeah.....thats a great price for your Steedens. I'll gladly accept one of those 'for the charity' if there is ever one spare?????

Just got in from this weeks session.....Legs hurt, but they hurt real good (got that from a porno

)...We seemed to be a bit light on players tonight......But we managed with a 5-a-side game......Had to drag Barry Edwards from the sidlines....but he had a good game and has said he wants to play next week now too

. He kept me on my toes.....telling me off......good coaching though...Cheers Baz!

ill be back next wed came one then went away with work for three weeks, looking forward to it especially now its getting warmer.

Sounds good, but I'm still at Uni! When I'm back come the end of May I'll seriously be thinking of coming! See if my degree in PE is actually worth anything!

Just bumping this...to remind you all about the Touch Rugby....Its getting lighter now.....and considerably warmer. Its almost pleasent to run about now LOL.

8-9pm Behind the KC on the training pitches.....£3.50 (we have to pay for the use of the pitch). Anyone welcome to come and have a go. If nothing else....its a a good way of shaking off the cobwebs and start your health kick for summer !!!!

Went tonight for the first time, great set of lads with a wide range of ages and fitness. Definitely recommend it to anyone, whether they've played before or not.
