wouldn't be surprised to see tansey is injured after agar gives his after match press conference on friday, there seems to be a change of policy this season regarding injury reporting, not surprising considering the last 2 seasons, calderwood's injury didn't come to light until after the first squad was announced, then the sean long dead leg story which was really a hamstring. There's no way tansey has been left out on form so it's a guessing game as to what's up with him and how long he'll be out for imho

Thats a conclusion that you have to jump to because although we all thought we were beyond that we've also seen it all before still I will not comment further till we hear some more, could just be badly worded could be a knock or an injury, could be something more sinister but the loss of one of our best performers so far, without clarification, is something that the club should not expect the fans to take without question.

Baffling! Don't see how Burnett can lose his place just like that either, had a far better game than Lauiki or Cussack. Whiting, Turner and Horney have to play 1,6 or 7 - surely Washbrook is out of the equation.

Its all mind games since they worked so well last time.

How Radford has kept his place is beyond me.

So it's ok for washbrook to be dropped after 1 game but not Burnett?

Burnett was OK but nothing special on Sunday, so misses out with the return of Tickle who has been playing really well this season. No mystery there.

TBF if its a choice between Tickle or Burnett on the 3 games so far then Tickle for me everytime, he was missed on Sunday and against St's & Huddersfield he was in very good form, so really Burnett is just unlucky at the moment.

Agree with Kosh, Tickle has been great so far this season and deserves his place. Burnett needed to have a barnstorming game to stay in for this one.

Don't see the fascination with Horne as FB as I just think he was OK as a stop gap/make shift FB with the injuires to Motu & Skinny, would much rather see Whiting as FB.

Agree about having the option of Berrigan in to the halfs if needed.

Have to say that I'm baffled by the decision to exclude Tansey from the squad, he has been outstanding at full back for us so far. If he is injured then why not make it clear in the squad announcement on the official website. If it is for tactical/playing reasons then Agar really has lost the plot on this one and deserves all he gets if his replacement has a poor game.

i agree, can see whiting at fullback, and Turner in halves with Horne, I am not looking forward to Friday at all

agar dare not drop horne.....who has been poor at best for two years running.....a passenger in most games....

i am one of Hornes biggest fans BUT I would rather he be dropped than Tansey, Tansey IMO has done nothing wrong,

Even Agar is not mental enough to just drop Tansey for "tactical" reasons. He is either injured or in trouble IMO.
