There was a thread on their forum about whether there should be fighting in the game and how much control you should have over the fight. Not sure if it's made the game but controlled aggression would be good.

That would be amazing, no offence but I'd be trying to destroy Calderwood as soon as the game kicked off.







Think I read before though that in RL (and RU presumably) games they'll never do fighting on them because (in their eyes) it would set a bad example to children playing the game. Guessing it's for the same reason Fifa got rid of the diving option on their game, even though it was very funny.

However, re fighting, I'm pretty sure you can still do it on the NHL games, so don't see the harm in putting it on an RL game personally.
Maybe be a bit too far having a 'Carry out Pitch Invasion' option though.

Remeber an Ice Hockey game on Mega drive were they had fighting allowed, it was great

Well the one I recall was (I think) an NHL game around 93/94, you got into a fight and did battle until one guy got knocked to his ar$e.

Really looking forward to this game coming out, having pre-ordered it back in December. Waited until the schedule release of 18 March only for Grainger Games to tell me it 's not out until April 9th. Now, in classic London bus style, I've waited years for a Rugby League game (didn't have the relevant consoles for the previoous games that there have been) and now suddenly TWO come along as I've just seen this one for the PSP being written about on the Super League site. www.superleague.co.uk/article.php?id=17004 a) Anyone bought this yet? b) is it any good? c) Is it available from any HUll-based shop?

Had a dabble at the psp one last week it's ok I guess. Was hoping for something approaching madden but got something approaching fifa 95.

some sites are saying its out on 16th april now it just keeps getting delayed even more im not sure it will even come out in the UK.

Realise it'll never happen, but just imagine how (potentially) awesome an EA Sports RL game would be.

Thought the couple they did in the 90's were superb - simple but addictive gameplay.

I'd hope the delay is the fact that the aussies are trialing it and they'll make amendments by the time it's launched here but i doubt it very much.

Maybe a few late roster amendments e.g. The King of Kings:

Out - Cooke

In - Clinton
- Prince?
- Lockyer?
- Mason?

It's using the 2009 rosters.
