Indeed its what nearly all Professional Sport teams do and have done for the last 10 years or so, It seems we are one of the few who dont do it
Agar has to go along with the rest of the Coaching staff IMO

| Quote ="UllFC"verbal diarrhea from Agar
got to love his ""It was tough to leave Mark out, but I felt on a night against a big side like that footwork and carries in back field were going to be important for us. Raynor and Briscoe are probably are best two we have for that," said Agar."
it was a rugby match not Strictly Come Dancing, Calderwoods hardly got 2 left feet anyway'"
and here lies the problem, calderwood's one big weakness in his game is he doesn't get involved enough in bringing the ball away early in the tackle count as every other winger does to help out the forwards. and it's not just clueless agar who thinks this noble (who many are desperate to take over ) also has this view.
now I'm not suggesting he deserved dropping, far from it, but the way your pack is performing they need all the help they can get.

He has been one of our consistant players this season and since his comeback from injury , I'd say he's been more involved.

Id say even longer than 10 years, looking at the competition and looking at weaknesses is human nature.
Even amateur and Youth teams look at the opposition.

And yet we have a CEO who states that his preparation for games and analysis of the opposition is the best in the business. Someone is talking s41t somewhere along the line.

| missed this gem from sportinglife as well
"The match kicked off at 9.15pm local time, moved from the Dragons' usual home of Perpignan to coincide with a local festival, drew criticism from both Walters and Hull coach Richard Agar.
Both blamed the sloppy nature of the match on the late kick-off, which saw 9,083 fans entertained with a game littered with handling errors."
too late and past their bed time as well then
