With Berro injured (?) and not able to play a full 80 isn't it better to put him at centre? Lee to 7 Houghton to 9 Whiting to 13.It would certainly stiffen up the defence in the middle and would solve one of our problem positions , centre. It would look a more experienced stronger back line and Berrigan may just be able to get a pass away to Calderwood. It would create space on the bench for another interchange instead of the current two extra hookers. It wouldn't be much prettier than now but there'd be the potential of more variation.
