It's not a bad squad. There is some dross in there, but plenty of talent too. It could be competing for top 6, let alone top 8, but the whole isn't even half the sum of its parts atm.

Yep, Last years two form half backs, great back row, Two good props (Feka and Paea) and Watts not too bad. Backs not brilliant but not as as some make out.

Whilst already acknowledged we don't have the best squad I still believe a change of coach would add fresh impetus to our team and with a few tweaks I think more potential could be unlocked from this team and that we could perform better.

Brian Little got a call from Adam after City had lost (4-0 I think) asking if he had the team in for extra training, Brian said "its a bit difficult at the moment I"m in Sheffield shopping with the Missus", gone next day!! Phil Brown went when it looked like relegation (it eventually was).
I don't believe he will carry on with Radford if we lose the next 3, it's just not in his character, the writing will be on the wall this Friday if we suffer another defeat IMHO.

What's needed is a clear out, including the owner who can feck off for me. I don't want jobs for the 'lads' on the cheap or just because we feel sorry for an ex player and feel the need to reward someone (whom have being rewarded for their loyalty previously) I don't want player power or undermining of a coach by whomever because some players don't like things because it is too hard or doesn't make 'sense'.
I want people whom can take us forward, professionals who cover all the angles, look at every aspect and players that have respect and work hard, listen and don't mickey off at any opportunity.

Yes the u19s are doing well and yes some of those lads will start to push for 1st team places at some point BUT critcally we do not have the coachng staff to transition them from kids into 'good' SL players.
And despite his 'investments' (and those investments don't just lose capital) Pearson just makes too many critical errors in judgement, costs himself money with his Mr. Hyde attitude & taking us 3 steps back for every 2 steps forward..

What a brillant post, all we need is a multi millionaire willing to put 2/3 million of his own money into the club and the continue to put about 500k each year to keep the club going.

I said it before and ill say it again, without Pearson we not have a club or would be in the same position as Bradford, he will act if things don't improve even if that's means going bad on his Radford promise.

Pearson needs to sell up for me too. Hes a football man and totally clueless at RL and whilst Allam is a total tool too you have to ask yourself would Allams seeming hatred of FC continue if Pearson wasnt the owner?

And Allam doesn't hate us - we are merely an obstacle that needs removing as we are part of the barrier between him and the money, I mean, the stadium. We have become the enemy in the same way that the council have - we are stopping him getting what he needs - that would be the case whoever owns us. Allam has no regard in business for anyone other than himself - you'll be telling us he's a genuine Labour party supporter next.

So as one of the best supported clubs in the uk with a load of die hards who buy every bit of merchandise, every shirt that comes out you think that Pearson ploughs loads of his own money in even now? Yes maybe at first he did but i dont think he does anymore. Remember when Kath was at the helm the club made money every year and people used to complain that directors were taking dividends and not putting money back into the club. So now Pearson is in charge and we dont make money and he has to plough cash in? The only reasons i can think of this are his none stop f()()k ups with training grounds, management/coaching appointments

The reason they made money is that they never invested it back in the club, that's why the young players trained at Gordan street gym and the first team had to buy their own breakfasts.

He had made mistakes, but we need him and if he goes without a suitable replacement we would be fooker.

We made money every year under Kath & Co because they spent zip on youth and infrastructure. Pearson turned that around. And for the couple of years running up to the sale we made very little money anyway.

As opposed to what? It's his organisation, he 'owns' it, he runs it, it should be his money put into it. That said show me where Pearson has lost this 'money' out of his own pocket, he has 'invested' in the club, he hasn't 'lost' anything, just his clueless decisions will take a dent in his profits or take longer to recoup.

Pearson put complete faith in McRae and his advice - I believe that was his main mistake. But he has always acted in good faith and with the belief that he was doing the best for his investment. Leeds was the Hetheringtons' main priority and everything, including us, was a means to securing the best end with Leeds in mind, in my opinion.
