My point was not that we aren't a laughing stock, but that Agar's presentation skills have nothing to do with that status if we are. It's all about what's happening on the pitch.

If we were in, say, Wigan's position do you think anybody would even notice what Agar comes across like?

Indeed, how good did Hudds look this afternoon. If we had the same squad of players we currently have but had Nathan Brown in charge instead of Mr Clueless we wouldn't be seeing the passionless, tacticless dross we're currently being served up.

ive actually been quite pleased with our attacking this season and think we have scored some great trys as well as a willing to keeping the ball alive with offloads.

The way we defended against leeds, dropping off tackles and sheer stupidity is just not acceptable. Agars fault when we lose but the players are great when we win syndrome springs to mind.

He certainly makes us a laughing stock , who would employ some one who can't communicate? Surely the coach needs to be able to speak with a whole cross section of players under his control and needs to be a communicator of some skill to get his point across? Agar comes across in the media as a representative of my club as an unintelligible , clueless , monkey and not a manager of men who can get his point over to all the players from simple local lads through experienced british pros to exalted antipodean types. Surely to god you need to have someone who can communicate and therefore has some presentational skills for a coach? All of the evidence points to a lack of intelligence , sense , strategy , planning , education , grammar , empathy and most other words one may associate with a leader that is likely to have a chance of bringing success.

poor,poor defence,and ext predictable in attack.our defence has been at a very good standard,but i'm afraid it came down to one thing-leeds had pace,we had plodders.

Does that make sense? Surely if they had 13 sets in 14 they must have had at least 7 back to back. Does anyone remember this period of the game as I don't remember us not getting the ball for what must have been almost 20 minutes?

lets look at the current squad, their issues and it all becomes clearer..

Tansey : your a full back, you tackle legs and stop runners.. you do not try to slap everyone who runs at you across the chest ....
Calderwood : never have we needed a player back so badly if just for his enthusiasm.
T. Briscoe : young, learning but strong and a real talent.
Yeaman : just not good enough, one good game in 6 isnt enough
Horne : a lot resting on his shoulders again..erm where did we see that last ???
Long : one game wonder so far!!
Dowes : not even in my top 10 forwards in SL, Has he ever broken a tackle??
Berrigan : could be a very damaging injury to the team losing him.
O'Meley : looked very tired last two games, where is the MO that we have all seen on that tube , the one we have looks a few yards slower to me!!
Radford : Utter plodder and should not be anywhere near the first team..
Tickle : one of the few plus points of this season.
Fitzgibbon : same as Tickle.
Washbrook : cheap squad member , let him go at the end of 2010
Lauaki : A loose cannon yes , but about time we had some steel in the pack
Manu : player of the year so far , potential MOS??
Cusack : sorry to say but looks very very tired at present, time to go ..
Turner : got the whole deal but needs game time to build confidence.
Houghton : learning week in week out, will be our backbone for a while to come
Whiting : I would make him captain based on this years performances!!
Burnett : big and daft, no guile no skil but a good young battering ram.
Moa : why buy him if were not going to play him, whilst I am still not convinced he at least now due to injury will get a run in the team.
Hall : biggest white elephant at the club, no balls, no backbone, cant tackle and we have still yet to see this offiah style attack everyone bleets on about this year!!

Agar : tossin it off big time at FC, your only as good as your last result so my old coach used to say , well Mr Agar your last three seasons involvement have been bollox mate!!!

Like Wilf said we looked the mutts in the mud but on dry land we look as agile as a seal in sand!!
Ogre needs to loose some blubber which will only come with fitness and time i guess, Fitz needs a rest I am sure,Long needs to show us something other than what nice suits he wears and Hall well he just needs to go away and multiply ( never seen a player flap around as much as he does) .
But someone please please tell me what Radford, Dowes , Hall and yeaman bring to the team because after 40 plus years as a fan I cant see what it is!!

Just had a thought, Agar has only won two games in the CC. Bradford and Wakefield in 08. All the others he has lost.
