Lynes positional play left a lot to be desired and got stood up a few times....had no pressure on him for high balls,his speed got him out of bother after he took a age to pick it up.

Are you serious Lyne was beaten for all 3 of their scores, the reason he didn't get into 1 on 1 situation is because of his lack of positional sense (they just ran by him with ease). He was poor defensively, very poor.

Also good to see Gentle and Bomber there along with some of the 1st team

positional to a degree but thats standard for most full backs till a good level of experience,high balls although no pressure apart from 1 kick which did wasnt really in doubt,and think taking time with the kicks was safety cos some of the bounces un predictable,was a very hard pitch! If he has the speed may as well use it to allow that little extra to be sure n safe i suppose.

Its the old sirius school (pickering and Kingston) that is being done up,belive they are going to put a couple of stands up and play all levels of academy there.

It will be next season lots of work going on at Sirius re all weather pitches and training areas, for Hull FC juniors great facilty as good as any in Super league, but a Sports England grant has been applied for and work should start in the autumn. next season being the aim for the pitch and Stand I think hope that helps.

hudgell said in the dobbins programme the other week that the 2 clubs had agreed to share junior facilities and that they'd applied to the RFL for permission and would be operating some kind of draft to see who got which player. Very poor decision from our club if it goes ahead IMO as we should be way ahead of them IMO and would only be benefiting them to our detriment

One is not exclusive to the other. I love Rugby League AND real ale. Not read through all the posts, but in attack, Reece Lynne was the best attacking player by a country mile, but his one on one defense as a fullback was woeful. He should give up that position straight away.
