No it doesn't. Its a permissions error, which could simply be caused by IUSER (or Joe public) not having read permissions for the directory the website is contained in.

When a host takes control of a site it usually places a holding page. Also there is nothing stopping the domain owner from redirecting it to another nameserver (in other words another host)... that page looks like its a server issue basically, possibly something like there SQL database corrupted and now they are trying to fix it.

the company i worked for previously,failed to pay their host due to a dispute they were having,which ended with the same/similiar wordings that we see in front of us at the moment.let's see what happens today 1st!!!!!

Considering they first put up an account suspended banner and not a maintenance banner, it does not sound a technical problem but a customer/provider "issue". It is correct you can redirect but if the ISP control the lookup records this would be carried out on their timescales, even if you can change the records yourself it can take upto 24 Hrs to update the DNS servers on the internet.

still not getting it here. Cleared cache etc refreshed and still 403. Could be a number of things. If some people are getting it and not others it could be down to DNS servers updating etc.

Yup - I suspect that you were correct when you said it was the DNS servers updating. I was just confirming the fact that it was working from some places and not from others.

They found a new server as the old one couln't cope, however this one is the same

Spoke to the club tonight and they are hoping to have it back up tonight or early tomorrow

Well at least I was able to get hold of someone which proves that at least their E Mails are working again, the whole system has been down for 2 days.
