As much as I don’t doubt Radfords ‘handy’ work I haven’t seen much evidence of it on the rugby pitch. I’m not expecting him to go out and knock everyones head off, but a bit of intimidation wouldn’t go a miss. Lauaki has provided more aggression in 30 minutes then Radford has done in his entire Hull FC career.

Its employment law that you follow the correct proceedures, they probaably only posted it in their new open communications mode!! but they can say no more!

If disciplinary proceedings are ongoing the club has to follow the procedure to the letter otherwise any dismissal is automatically unfair.

Having said that there is no point sacking Lee when his contract is up soon anyway and it would be madness to sack Burnett for this. So far as I know he hasn't been in trouble before (unlike Lee) and I believe he has the sense to learn from his mistakes.
