Bradford (happy this week as they won)

Salford (settled since ccup game & success over w/end)

Hull fc (I am hoping it changes when we win the next 5

)

6 teams where the heck do fans think replacements are going to be found at this point of the campaign. Just proves we are not the only fans who moan about our coach

Good job they stuck with him through a relegation season and a season in NL1. Gave him the time and he delivered. We could learn something from that ?

We will keep our eye on it..if they go on a losing run no doubt their fans will want his head as well



He is a good coach though he has recruited well.

But at least he kept to his laurels and they kept playing attractive rugby and even more so now they have better players

People aere deluding themselves if they think a coach doing a good job somehwere else would just throw it in and come to Hull. Kearney has already stated he does not want to coach in SL at this stage of his career.

If we sack RA we will end up with JS, imo we stick with what we have and look at possible options for next season and see what caches are OOC come September time.

Folkes/Lang/Murray, Folkes we had the chance with and ignored although he plays a very forward orientated game anyway. Lang and Murray both wanting to retire so little point in appointing either if them as head coach.

Although I find some of Agars decisions baffling and the style of rugby we play terrible, I think you should always give a coach the time agreed in the contract they signed, although Agar does clearly not have the RL knowledge that Terry Matterson has, just make sure you make the right appointment in the first place, In my opinion it will take at least 2 or 3 years of rebuilding now before we can be a regular play off team again reagrdless of whos in charge, I think the bigger problem then the coach at Hull is our recruitment policy for players and coches, Agar should have never been given job in the first place it should have been an Aussie for a start, then you have player recruitment, although I think he is vastly overated by Rovers, Dobson is a solid halfback and would have done a lot for us and even assuming if he does eventually get here would have offered us more then Crocker would, but I think Hull went for the bigname and international status rather then would be more effective on the field.

Just look at his GB team selections of the past...He really did struggle to accomodate FC players even when they were head and shoulders above his own 'old faithfuls'. He ain't that good and was lucky to have had a great team at the Bulls, even though they all looked like steroid induced freaks

I just think he has a lot more experience and knowledge than Agar..He is a firm coach (no player power with him).

I do not think it matter who we percieves he likes or does not..If he gets sacked he will have to work damn hard to regain his reputation so we would get the best out of him.

I would be surprised if he soes get the sack though

TBH if we lose on Friday and get beat on Sky next Saturday at Salford (not unlikely) then I can see the calls for Agars head getting far louder and we may well have another Kear/Sharp situation. IF Agar got the sack we all know that J.Sharp would simply take over, at least until the end of the season, which IMO wont change a thing. I'm not a fan of sacking coaches so I'd at least like to give Agar until the end of the season and if things aren't improving start sounding the right people out to take over.
