You forgot being called "parasite" and "manipulative liar", despite posting only facts with direct quotes. It's also OK to post 150 times in 48 hours that Tom Briscoe is gash. As Chris28 says, if you're such a big man to post in absolute arrogance about O'Meley and Fitz being dross, and that FC will finish outside the play-offs (Zod's predictions for 2010), you really should be big enough to admit you were an utter fool when you are proved wrong on all counts, rather than just being unable to handle it and making nasty and personal comments about the person simply reminding them of their folly in a factual way.

I occasionally look on there but it's a love in nobody is allowed to be critical of the club, that certainly cannot be said about this board. There's no debate whatsoever, it's a very dull board.

Their unofficial board is better because some posters on there actually have a grip with reality.

That was a thread started on the Rovers board by an FC troll to gloat at Fox being dropped in favour of Briscoe. Fox was referred to as a village idiot, amongst other things. What did you expect when Briscoe was in turn dropped for Fox? I think the point about thicker skins applies again.

Tragically for the poster involved, it derives from small man syndrome, he can give it out in spades but is utterly unable to take it. Says ridiculous stuff in nasty, antagonistic and arrogant style and can't cope with being reminded of his bollox statements without resorting to personal insults.

The thing is Mrs B.when people turn to insults,it usually means they have run out of a good argument, ergo you have the upper ground.

I've got to say that I can't see why people have the urge to either troll on other clubs forums or get involved in meaningless arguments, I used to post on this forum loads a few years ago, then it started to get taken over by people hell bent on derailing topics, or insulting each other because they didn't agree on certain things, then we started getting all the " in the know lot ", most people like a bit of banter, but every time a decent thread starts it evolves into slagging matches and bitching, it's only my opinion, but ffs it's a fans forum, I can't see the point in half the crap posted on here.
