Couple of seasons back Thomas Bosc scored an amazing try. Chipped the defensive line, picked up the ball, then chipped the fullback, regained the ball and went in under the sticks.

If you google search 'Thomas Bosc Try' the first link is to a video on DailyMotion of a montage of Bosc clips. This try is the first clip on there if anyone wants a watch. Not sure if I'm allowed to link to Dailymotion or not.

I don't really remember it as I was 12 or 13 but my auntie who worked in the old clubhouse bar at the time used to take me to the away games & still says it was one of the best tries she's ever seen. I know we were a bit excited at the time



The mead's one is not much to do with skill, great effort to be in the right place but huge amounts of luck with the ball bouncing into his hand perfectly. looks spectacular obviously but not much skill IMHO.

Anyone remember Lee Jackson hiding the ball behind his back, tapping and scoring? Sheffield away I think?? My memory has gone to sheeite!

fat chance he deserves to stay in the nrl playing good rugby every week, and if he were to play 7 next to benji for nz, well we're fudged fr world cups and 4 nations for years to come

JL at wembley was a class try from a class centre however more recently the Manu flick out against Rovers has to be up there

Think it was Motu Tony against Bradford in the 2006 playoffs when Richard Horne kicked it to the wing from the base of the scrum.

Any try from 85!!

I liked the Offiah try at Wembley where he went the full length, against Leeds I think.

The schofield one in Aus too for GB.

I remember Horne (I think) kicking for Colin Best straight from the scrum at the KC. Think it was either the Salford or Widnes drubbing.

Billy Slater's in origin was a good one too.

I was stood at the new scoreboard end so was just relieved when it became clear that Lydon's kick was falling short for a draw and then (10 ?) seconds later Gary Pearce and Kevin Dick had put McCaffrey over for the winning try.
