Heard a rumour that James Webster is to join the coaching staff as Agars assistant. Would not surprise me if he did as they seemed to strike up a good relationship acting as his assistant whilst he was waiting for his clearence last season!

Wouldnt be too disappointed with Webster as an assistant or with Richards as an attacking coach.

Agar doesnt have an assistant and for 2 or 3 seasons we've been clueless in attack. Surely this is a statement that the club are trying to do something about it? (without everyone getting on their backs again!)

Agar isn't going to let anyone in that knows more than him, he complained to Rule about Sharp and this is another indication that he is covering his own backside by bringing in someone even more clueless than him.

Until Agar goes we'll achieve little.

Firstly he hasn't got the job. Secondly how can people knock him without knowing what he is or isn't capable of?

Until the supporters of Hull FC get a little bit more ambitious about who the club bring in then we'll keep failing miserably.

Nathan Brown would not have been deemed a good appointment looking at his coaching record, yet the Giants fans are now over the moon with him.

TBH I'm far more concerned about Agar than the bloke who's coming to make his tea.

But that is the whole problem, our entire coaching staff has little strength to it, no real proven success at any meaningful level.
