I'm not a big fan of Radford but saying he has had the same squad as last year and has taken us backwards is a tad unfair.

Holdsworth was outstanding in a few games last year inc the CC semi, and a big loss this year.

Away from the squad Radford need to build a full backroom team, with Tuson and RH it looks like he is making a start with this

People who complain about Gentle's poor signings never ever mention Ellis. Does anyone think he would have signed for us if Radford had been head coach?

Regarding Gentle, For me it's not the poor signing I was pi$$ed off with, it's more the big contacts for average players that has screwed things up for this year and Radford.

sorry, he' taken us from 6th to bottom 4 at best, no campaign, just honesty.

Its quite a different team in a lot of areas with lots of the squad knowing early in the season they're on the outer. Not ideal for any coach but massively necessary. Some questions about radford without doubt but I saw a decent team early season. Decent but dumb without the key elements we needed. Mostly brains. With sneyd n pryce on board this yr we win 5 more games very easily. Hes addressing what we need n getting cap value by cutting (ruthlessly) players who are holding that back. I'll judge him next yr. So will pearson id guess.
tuson wasnt a bad signing. Silly to say it was. His career previous to us n fact wigan had a deal for him says it was a very worthwhile signing. Not your average injuries!
The whinging over colbon really winds me up. Kids not good enough. But at the time we had talanoa fit only for three months in prospect. Lancaster hadnt had chance to prove himself in 20s yet. Colbon was available. Experienced. Cheap cap wise. When we had options he was instantly gone. But in the mean time got us out of a jam.
Dont get why people whine about as a signing.

This is just trying to find holes in stuff. Wigan had a 2yr deal. But he was in out/off the bench etc. Wakey offerered a 3yr deal n he'd of been a starter. Explains its self.
We have had a problem at 19s. Exactly why AP has invested in the youth. Lancaster coming through is actually a success story of that. Only at that point ofthe season hhe'd no game time hardley to judge him on. Colbon filled a gap. Not good enough to win games but didnt cost us any. As soon as radford had better options he used them. Just didnt have any at the time.

Colbon was an awful signing from the start. He fits into the ever growing category of worst signings in the clubs history..

Who would you of played there at the time baring in mind he only played a handfull of games. N who would u of played on BOTH wings had tala picked a knock up during period of months lineham was out n crooks discounting lancaster as he had virtually no games to be judged on?

Not sure how long you have been watching Hull, but I have seen much, much worst signings.

He was a cheap back ok he wasn't good enough, but won't have cost the club much and hasn't effected the team.

The bar for our new signing has been set pretty low.

Colbon and Carvell were both signed due to injury crises in their positions. Not ideal but a necessity. They weren't signed as long term squad players. Would have thought that blatantly obvious.

I know the Radford knockers are a bit over the top on here, and deserve some criticism but! I think the Radford believers are even worst! Nothing this season as suggested we are on the right track, I think everyone needs to give it 7 games in to next season then comment

Not knocking the club over every signing and not calling for his head on every thread does not make you a "Radford believer".

10 of the team that played Wigan were academy graduates, I'm happy with that direction tbh.
