A decent planning consultant would charge at least £100 an hour, so less than a week's work. It's beyond incredulous. Is it done in crayon? Bet if you scratch the surface, the "Sporting Village" is actually a 1-hole Crazy Golf course next to the recycling bins in the car park of the monolithicTesco hypermarket that would be West Park. The speed to bin off the swimming pool and ice rink speak absolute volumes. Quite why the HDM can't apply any sort of realism and see the guy's a loon is inexplicable.

Just read his piece in the Wail and what a suprise he is backing the Alams. I wonder how much of the 100m debt he thought he could get his hands on, I still find it incredible that he is planning on putting Hull City in so much debt by borrowing all the money to build his Sports village.

To me we have already seen this type of borrowing against a club when we saw what the yanks did at Liverpool Fc, they owed 245m to the banks which they borrowed and were paying 45m interest every year, so how much would the interest have been on 100m.

Lucky escape I think for Hull city and certainly for Hull Fc.

I think Mr Allam will feel his £1m is well spent at Caravan Park after that piece of Rhetoric I see Hudge has seen the plans which is more than the Council has! But then again they did cost £3,000.

"I don't think we can afford to get hung up on valuations". Convenient position Neil, won't be you potentially going to prison for gifting a public asset to a businessman, will it?

Hudgell well and truly on the inner circle having seen the £3000 plans.

This story gets more unbelieveable by the day. Hope the paper wail copy points out that Hudgell owes Allam £1 million just in case anyone had missed it.
