I have a neighbour whos a rovers supporter the last time he went there was when i gave him a free ticket for the 97 derby.IF and its a big if rovers ever reach a final he'll be camping out to get a ticket..Just cant stand plastic supporters

If even just a percentage of these newbies starts to follow the team, then this will all have been worthwhile.

You could say that I am one of these bandwagon supporters because the first Hull FC match I ever went to was the 1985 Challenge Cup Final, but I've been a supporter ever since.

Maybe some of the people who don't normally go to matches but are going to Wembley this year will also become long time supporters?

Thats the challenge for the Club they have to get these folks attending again and need to try and get their details and then somehow entice them back after Wembley its a massive opportunity but at least we are getting them through. Its a massive plus for Pearson to get the gates up which a lot of clubs would kill for There was a queue down savile Street this morning waiting for the shop to open while next door the tumble weed blew by! It will be intersting to see what they do with this situation and what the legacy is!

Obviously the best way to get these people back is to win at Wembley. Failing that a good performance in the final and a decent run in the playoffs should attract a few more.

can not wait for the club to announce where the Wembley coach is leaving from and the time love to wave the team off its all part of the tradition for me love the club shop been so full was there myself and picked up a couple of other things unplanned so hopefully if a lot of people do the same should be a real money spinner and give adam some of his investment back

If Wembley was restricted to just fans who attend every game then it'd be pants.

Every fans level of support differs from one another - some are 'die-hards' that'll go to every single game possible, and fair play to em, some due to where they live, money issues or work commitments can't get to every game, some fans might go to a few games a year, others may just follow the results & what not.

Wembley is a massive occasion and doesn't come around very often for us lot! Anyone with an affinity towards Hull FC will want to be there. Fans will take mates along who have just a passing interest, but on the day they'll get swept up in it all and be cheering for FC.

Went in about 3 0'clock and still lots of people in and not all buying shirts, plenty of merchandise being sold as well swelling the coffers.

Do not criticise 'plastic' supporters they'll all add to much needed support and income, you never know a few might sign up for a season pass with the launch tonight, any support is welcome at any time and ill be the first to welcome to the old faithful
