Said before that i'd prefer that. Lee and Houghton sharing 9 and R Horne and Long in the halves. Berro and Yeamo as the 2 centres.

Would like to see Berro at six with Long and Horne at fb next season, dont think we would see his best at centre.

He's played the arguably the best rugby of his life as a centre. I'd be happy with him either 3 or 9, Tansey has to play FB though.

Berrigan's going to be our pivotal fullback next season.

Berro has an ability to play other positions, but for me his skills are best around the ruck area.
If/when we have better options at scrum half and loose forward we'll see the [ireal[/i Berrigan I'm sure of it.
Top sides have play makers at BOTH sides of the pitch and quality hookers making decisions based on where the gaps/plays are.
This for me is where we fall down right now: Thorman easy to defend against. Horne he's a running off half and then we have Radford at loose man (enough said) No momentum and a tortoise like play the ball exacerbate the situation

what we need to do in the off season is Clone Berro to play him at 13, 9, 7, 6, 4, and 3. Then problem's sorted!

I'm pretty certain he will be back at 9 next year.

It was noticable that when Berrigan started to defend in the centres during the second half the threat of Senior vanished. Still don't think he would see enough of the ball at centre though but I would be happy to see him playing at 6,7 or 9.

I feel just about as sorry as I ever have for a player with Berrigan. With our standing as a club at the time he signed he must have thought he was making a move to a club with a real chance of challenging and helping him shine. Instead he's closing out an excellent career surrounded by puddings who can't keep up with him mentally, it must be so frustrating and disappointing.

Playing Berrigan at hooker is a total waste, all he does is pass the ball or scount from Dummy half we need he moerw involved in the game esp out wide where there is more space for him to run at players.

Next season he should be playing at 6 or 13 for Hull with Lee and Houghton sharing the hooking role.

How long have i been saying our structure in defence is totally wrong, it was a shame it took 3 tries down our right before Berro started defending in the centre spot.

You're preaching to the converted here, let him defend wide out, strengthens us and makes less work for him, no brainer!

The thing for me is that Lee and Houghton have performed better at hooker than Berrigan this season and would want those two staying there at the moment. With next season, the way things are going it wouldnt suprise me if it was Berrigan and Long at halfback with Horne at FB. But personally I wouldnt mind it if Berrigan played centre as long as we actually play some attacking rugby

but was the single most reason the broncos won the GF,in a game he was m.o.m in. all from hooker. word seems to be lee going. which means berro and houghton. which will do me. with long running things,a real loose forward,he should really shine.
