Heres a thought, since the franchise system and no relegation was brought in, why would the club want to change things?
they have a licence for x amount of years, will probably always be granted one, they are not going to be relegated, they will say, why waste money on paying off RA and bringing in a better coach? finish 12th or 6th, makes not a bit of difference.
Kath has no deep love and loyalty to Hull, that licence/franchise could be moved to any town / city in the country, as long as what ever club she is in charge of is ticking over nicely and providing her and her cohorts a nice salary.
the players no there is no relegation so why bust a gut every week? again, they will still get paid, they know they will be SL next season anyhow.

My original point was what incentive the Chairman / CEO / players have with the franchise/ no relegation system.

Being chair of a board of directors doesn't always draw a salary, it's an honest question, I don't know if she gets paid by FC or she does work elsewhere.
