I reckon Cartwright knows about all our signings.We are know Abdull struggles with his size but am prepared to see what he is like after a pre-season with the new regime instead of sticking the boot in.As for knowing the game,not got a clue after 1st going in 1975.I don’t profess to being a all knowing expert like some on here but can hold my own.

The thing is…if we all saw the game the same way it would be bloody boring,we all have different opinions on games,players etc etc.I won’t comment on something I haven’t seen like todays match…I saw the last 10mins and that was it.

I'm commenting on poor recruitment overall. A mix of players with poor injury and fitness records, ageing players, players who haven't made it in the nrl. It's a high risk strategy which may pay off but probably won't. My opinion is as valid as those who just want to wait and see with their perennial optimism.

We've had years of poor to average signings who get lauded on here before playing a game for us then turn out badly. 2025 may be the year all of that changes but with the current signings done or rumoured I don't see it. Just a scrap for 10th place with cas and probably wakey although they seem to be making better quality signings than us

Not really, I got home from the mkm, had a coffee then started channel surfing. I wish he had been playing and was in top form but he wasn't and he isn't.

How do you know we will be in a scrap for 10th…no one know what will happen next season,Cartwright may sharpen up the defence and improve the attack and just see how we go…Wakey have got Johnson and McMeeken on big contracts BEFORE Myler and the investment came in and we haven’t got the pulling power of the top clubs or the tax breaks in France.

I don't know anyone who's got carried away with recruitment.
Just an acceptance that we are getting some short term signings to get us out of the mess were are in.
The fact we've got two quota players out on loan is a disgrace, and shows where we are.
