Totally agree with the first paragraph, well said.
But I still expect the 8000+ pass holders plus a couple of thousand others will
show up regardless of how the team perform.

| I was stating that, to me, those fans that want Agar out, want the best for the club. Those that would like Agar to stay are clearly settling for mediocrity. It's plain and simple, he isn't good enough!
Maybe 'diehard' was the wrong term to use, but can you honestly say that the best outcome for Hull FC is to have Agar in charge for another 2 full seasons?

| Surely you guys cant lose on Fri, with both Brough and Tronc leaving recently and their current poor form, you would think the 2 points are there for the taking.

God knows the way both teams are playing but it's probably the best time to play them. Kear has mentioned how shocking they have been recently.

It should not affect our preparation or our attitude and will to win. However losing 7 key players would affect any side.

i agree, believe it or not.it's just that when he decides to play washy at 6,and leave out moa altogether,my belief in his methods reach rock bottom.i do believe that with a fully fit squad,we would see improvements, but not at the rate we should be.

| I think a touch of reality is needed. The board of Hull fc number 1 priority in life is to keep the fans happy. This will ensure their salaries are paid and insure their investment. So they will know they have a difficult situation. Twice previously the have succumbed to the baying mobs and sacked a coach and still the mob is not happy. Dont forget there was a big call on here for Agar to be given a chance when Peter Sharp was in charge.
They are very unlikely to let the lunatics run the assylum again in a hurry. However they do have a problem - butt the solutionis not easy. Even though they have given Agar a contract extension i believe there will be a get out performance contract, so parting will not be out of the question. But Agar, I believe will be given every chance even if it means writing this season off.
It is not an easy job finding a coach who is the fans "cup of tea" - currently in Super league Cas, Saints, Bradford fans are unhappy with their coachers plus catalan and Quins coaches are under pressure.
I am not an Agar fan - I was happy with peter Sharp - but we are in a difficult situation and I think people need to be a little more patient

Not only will the injuries hurt us , I think the confidence within the side would have took a big blow also. Someone's got a tough task to get this team motivated for Friday.

| 1. We won't lose on Friday.
2. Even if we did I wouldn't sit in and protest if you paid me. Some of our performances have been pathetic, but not as pathetic as some of the posters on here.
We have been beaten by 2 of the best 3 teams in the comp, I expected to lose and we did. Salford and Crusaders were blips in my opinion and we are still quite easily a top 6 team. It will have to get way worse than this for me to join in with any silly protests or write poorly written letters to James Rule.

In the same way we did in 2008 and 2009, you mean? I agree it's not easy finding the right coach, but money does talk as Warrington, Wigan and Huddersfield realise and they are now reaping the benefits.

I possibly did not come across as I wanted to(failed english O-level many many years ago). The situation we are now in does not have an instant fix - so the people who want Agar should def make their feelings known but they should not instantly think they are being ignored if Agar is not booted out on Monday. However we are now deep into this season and a long term solution is not likely to be found until the off-season. So I believe Agar will be given as long as possible, whilst other avenues are being investigated
