Doubt if we'll get over 7500 against Cats

We need to turn up in big numbers for the Cats game. A win against them and a top four place looks much more probable.

Nothing to do with performance, not really throwing personal insults either, ive not called him fat, overweight or any other direct insults, just that I dont want to see him in hull shirt again looking like he did friday,, thought I was pretty subtle to be honest. Abdul was very poor, especially on defence. Pryce should have been brought back in.

Some people need to relax .We are Top and we are there for a reason. J.A is a young prospect give him time he will mature into a professional RL player [hopefully. He just needs the correct guidance all his skills are there . We should be shouting from the roof tops and praising ALL of our players .
To some of the posters not just on our site but as a whole .RL coaching jobs come up now and then why not apply for one of them because some folk are so knowledgeable and have all the answers

He's been given plenty of guidance over an extended period of time. At the moment he is choosing to ignore that guidance. I understand some other influences in his life have a greater hold on his attitude to lifestyle and fitness, and the coaching team are frustrated exactly because he is wasting his potential.

He may change, but there is no indication of that at the moment nor for the last couple of years.

on the crossbar challenge video he introduced himself as Jordan Abdull - aka Kebab. Don't know if that was a swipe at the Rovers fans that call him that - or that it is a joke within camp

Then you've got to ask why he was picked for such an important game if Pryce was available.

It must be so frustrating for Radford & the coaching staff. Abdull has the skills with ball in hand, a decent kicking game and a natural rugby brain. Unfortunately, the lad is in really poor nick, probably 2/3 stone too heavy.

His current situation is that he's 20 years old and has the opportunity to have a lengthy RL career at a top club, but he's not willing to make the lifestyle changes needed to ensure he becomes the best he can be. There's a rumour that his mum's home cooking is to blame, but as a professional athlete, he should be cooking for himself, and eating the right meals as directed by the club.

Even in his current state, he's capable of some really decent performances, imagine how good he could be running around at full fitness.

That's what really frustrates & annoys those of us with limited talent. It would be a tragedy if he didn't realise it before it was too late.

I think for the most part the comments on this thread 're. Jordan Abdull are borne out of frustration with the lad because we can see what he's got and we really want him to do well.
Personally, I think that with the benefit of hindsight we'll look back at this time in a couple of years and realise Jordan is right now at a career crossroads, even though he is a young man.

Jordan has to want it for himself. If he really wants to play Super League then he needs to have a serious meeting with himself and be dedicated towards his present professional life, and of course his fitness.

He is being given chances by Radders. Right now he has it within his own hands to be what he wants to be.
BUT, If he carries on down the road he is presently on, then pretty soon that will be taken out of his hands.
Wake up Jordan and realise what you have, but also what it takes to be top player in today's game.
Make the change now, before its too late.

Great post. The fact that he's not been offered a new contract at this stage of the season is telling. Radford has been ruthless in releasing players in the past and quite rightly so.

I'd hazard a guess that's its a joke that his second name sounds middle eastern. And many kebab shops tend to be own by middle eastern people. Doesn't help that he's also a chunky lad either.
