They may well have to, lets face it the odds are against him getting his visa approved, i`m looking at the whole situation with the expectation that Crocker will be refused and if he happens to get his visa it is a bonus, one things for sure it needs to resolved one way or the other as soon as is possible so that everybody involved can move on. |

The difference between Crocker and Eastwood is that Crocker re-applied for his visa (hence the 25 day guideline) and Eastwood appealed his visa rejection and this can take upto 6 months i believe. |

What I want to know is why have some re applied for Visas or appealed and some have just thrown the towel in and said forget it ?!?!?!?
