I'm just hoping for Westy and Ellis to really step up to the mark this season
Micky P and Tuson for me butivegot a sneaky feeling Rankin and Talanoa will be the surprise packages .

I just hoping people are not going to expect Shaul , lineham and Crookes to set super league a light this season , all 3 still younge and a lot to let learn imo but all will be world class .COYH

I worry for Crookes as last season everything went right for him but if you all remember the CC final he was appauling and I think he'll struggle to get anywhere last season. Lineham is class though, Shaul the jurys out

So not really that far off then, doubt I will be as far away as some of the predictions as 2nd and 3rd for FC as I have seen from some of your own fans.

A lot depends on how the pack perform this year and how well we cover the inevitable injuries . Hope they can get on the front foot and give our backs a chance to shine as we've got some talent there . Looking forward to seeing Radfords input and to see if the team is going to play from a different more attacking mind set as promised .

I've not seen more than a couple saying that. Most say sixth as do a large number of supporters of other clubs on the VT.

All clubs have excitable supporters. Easty is predicting fifth for Rovers, above Warrington.

Radford just needs to control him self abit. He doesn't want to get into a situation where the players are scared to do something abit different at times and in case it doesn't come off and they are facing a bollocking and a dropping.

So true. For all we've supposedly had a "good pack" , over the last few years it's been very rare that our 6 have dominated the opposition. If we're going backwards in defence and struggling to make yards the backs will have little chance. As Radders said we lacked physicality last week and more often than not that's been our main problem for a while now.

Doesn't this apply to every coach in world sport?

No, not every coach manager has a confrontational style.

He's got good man management skills radders, I don't know why people are thinking different.

I just hope he can instill a bit of aggression into the forwards. I'm sick of seeing forwards jogging at the opposition and then laying passively on the ground until the opposition players get off him and vice versa in defence

Any new coach will make mistakes in the media. It's inevitable. Look at sandy, 2 years of it and he's still like a rabbit in the headlights
