Lose the next 2 games and i get feeling Mr Pearson will be packing his bag's for him.

As much as I am starting to question PG's ability, I have to say, in his defence.

that's 6 from 11 not doing there jobs, for various (and understandable in some cases) reasons.

But he did also say, ad nauseum, that he wouldn't "shuffle the squad and pick on merit instead", which seems to be not happening.

We have tickets for the Derby, but it's on Sky. and time at home is precious at the moment, I don't feel FC have deserved my attendance on Friday, and I am fed up of the "same old same old" from the coach (be that PG, RA or any of those that came before them)

The season started with such promise, and what do we get "it's all going well in training", it's like Peter Walsh all over again.

At least Agar admitted we need to "raise us bar", Gentle seems to believe he's teflon and will not take any personal responsibility, a sign of someone out of their depth, I am afraid.

I'm not one for giving people forever to proof there value whether that's in sport or any business if you are under performing or not capable of your role than get someone in who is! PG is the coach and it's his job to motivate his players and get them to do there jobs, yes a fit Ellis/Holdsworth would make a difference how much i'm not sure but to be 9th after 8 games is not good enough especially when it appears that AP has backed PG totally.

AP pays SMc to fly a desk and lose players, 'nuff said.

I would have expected something more profound and biblical from a prophet.

He's a money man if he doesn't see a return he will look to sell, and he will find no buyers, so the coach will be the first to go in the vain hope that results will improve dramatically and attendances will rise and the clubs value increases.

I honestly don't see where you've got this from. With the exception of the Widnes game he hasn't picked the players out for particular criticism, and constantly uses 'we' when referring to improvement required.

He may or may not be out of his depth, but he certainly isn't indulging in blamestorming.

We all know where you sit, firmly in the camp of mediocrity, FC are "selling" a product, and that product is way below standard, it's simple economics, it's better value for me to rip the tickets up than it is to waste a day and a tank of diesel to watch us defend for 60 minutes and then decide to try and play for ten.

All of this talk of Hull FC not deserving of our attendence etc really irritates me.
I will be there, like i have been for the last 25 years. We have lost, drawn and won in that time, had shocking sides and disapointing results and off field stuff happen, but the one thing that hasnt been affected is my love for this club and for the sport. I will be going even if we are bottom of the league, not given an SL license, or even if we become amateur and play off Francis Askew!

AGAR v GENTLE? For me there is no comparison and Gentle will prove how good he is over time. The only mistake he has made so far is believing we would be OK in the halves this season without a decent no. 7. He said he would rather wait for the right one then just get a mediocre player who would'nt play as he wants. Agar was just pants!

All love affairs have an element of heartache in them. Ours is now, but it will pass (honestly it will!!)

Lets hope we are smiling on Friday evening.
