Pearson rescued the club for sure but if he doesnt or wont give up full control of the club allowing interested parties to put money into the club for shares and not just goodwill then you will never have substantial outside investment.
Its co incidence that today Ellam has posted that Pearson turned down Investment into the club from MKM because he wanted full control which if true supports what i have been saying

The whole team's attempts to tackle seem half hearted, almost every forward in the opposition pack seems to manage an offload against us, even when we have three players in the tackle and our ruck is non-existent this year.

Most of these players are playing themselves out of a decent wage at the end of the season , Most SL sides wouldn't want to touch them .

think 3 or 4 know their RL careers are done at the end of the season and just not interested anymore! How many have other work interests outside RL...Taylor, Shaul, Houghton, Griff doing open university, not saying its a bad thing to have after their careers are over, but it seems FC are an after thought atm, imo of course
